Created by lifelong wargamers, and veterans of the printed products and AAA videogame industries, TinkerTurf is designed to be sturdy, attractive, and affordable wargaming terrain. Each piece is precision-engineered and die-cut out of 2mm sturdy black-core board printed with gorgeous full-color themed textures. Assembly is quick and easy with normal white glue, and modular design allows for easy storage and virtually limitless setups. PERIMETER WALL ADD-ON

The thing about walls is, once you put one up it tells the whole wide world that there’s something worth protecting on the other side. The Perimeter Wall Add-on consists of 55 inches of wall, including a Troop Gate segment with a removable door, a lowered segment to allow MagLev rails to pass over, and a Destroyed Wall segment to accomodate those who had to break on through. Multiple types of Stanchions are included, providing modular options for how your walls are erected.

PERIMETER GATE ADD-ON 

Measuring a mighty 15 1/4 across, the Perimeter Gate denies entry to the curious and provides passage to the worthy. Two elevated Guard Towers allow gunners to deliver lethal emphasis to the Gatekeeper’s will. The Guard Towers can also be placed elsewhere in your complex as standalone sniper nests or observation platforms.

GUARD TOWER ADD-ON

These Guard Towers are the exact same pieces from the Perimeter Gate set, sold as a stand-alone pair. Each can be slotted with Perimeter Wall panels, to serve as connectors or terminuses in a long stretch of wall. But they yearn to be free. To stand alone as deadly sniper nests, or perhaps to proudly bear a Flag until it is Captured through wily stratagem. Two ladders are included, as well as two ladder stands which can be placed at any rung position to support troops that ran out of movement before quite reaching the top.

SATCOMM INSTALLATION

The best cinematic action scenes feature giant structures with extreme verticality. The enormous SatComm Installation is worthy as the climactic set-piece location for any action franchise (RIP Arecibo). The huge dish rotates in accordance with your whims; if you‘re thinking of a Control Objective scenario where two opposing forces are trying to align it towards one of two different directions, you're on our wavelength.

Two platforms can be attached to the structure‘s legs, and are engineered to precisely line up with any of the ramps, platforms, ladders, catwalks and bridge elevations from our other sets. Each platform attaches simply and securely to specific points on the Tower‘s support columns, so you can rearrange your level design between battles—or even adjust them during a battle, like a firefight freight elevator.
