Legends of the Arena core

Super Smash Bros, on your table. Choose your Legend. Outwit your opponents. Knock them out of the Arena to win. Legends of the Arena is a fast-paced brawling board game for 2–6 players, inspired by the fighting games you grew up on. All the reads, none of the reflexes.

How it plays: Everyone picks three action cards face-down, then reveals at the same time: no waiting for your turn! Resolve those cards one by one, watching your plan collide with everyone else's. Then repeat. No lead is safe, and no comeback is impossible.

What's in the box: 8 Legends, each with unique moves and ultimates. 86 Action cards, 29 tarot cards, 9 standees, 47 tokens; sand timer, dividers, and full rulebook.

Quick to learn, difficult to master. One-minute setup, 8 minutes per player. Play 1v1, 2v2, 3v3, or free-for-all. Every illustration drawn by real human artists.

Also available: Solo (1-player and co-op), Chaotic Colosseum (2 more Legends, 10 more Arenas), metal tokens, and the massive six-player playmat.

Solo Expansion: Training mode for Legends of the Arena. Turn all 8 base-game Legends into easy or hard CPU opponents for solo or co-op play. Requires the Base Game.

Chaotic Colosseum Expansion: Mayhem! Two new Legends and ten outlandish Arena cards for Legends of the Arena. Requires the Base Game.

Metal Tokens: Metal upgrades for Legends of the Arena: 25 metal Initiative, Push, and Fatigue tokens. Requires the Base Game.
